GENERAL OVERVIEW: (Superintendent) This position is responsible for overseeing jobsite operations for residential construction projects ranging in scope form subdivision infrastructure to production home building on the Northern Olympic Peninsula. Requires 10+ years of experience as a production residential construction superintendent, strong computer skills, proven track record for producing quality homes, on budget and on schedule. Responsibilities include: Scheduling and delivering homes with tight schedule constraints, developing and maintaining a strong supplier/subcontractor network, deliving homes under budget while maintaining strict quality control standards. Other duties will include administering a clean, orderly and safe jobsite, adhearing to the company's Built Green program, and providing a high level of customer service through timely warranty and punch list work.

GENERAL OVERVIEW: (Architect/Designer) This position requires excellent CAD skills, Bachelors in Architecture, a minimum of five years practical knowledge and experience in residential construction and design. Responsibilities include: Working to design and develop new, innovative and unique plans. Continue to refine, modify and value engineer existing working drawings to Greenfield standards. Applying for and expediting building permits. Developing plot plans. Producing land plan concepts for potential developments. Maintaining complete and accurate drawing files. Coordinating with subcontractors, field personnel, engineers and managers. Strong spatial and design skills and excellent communication.
