Darren Berg is Greenfield's Primary Shareholder and serves as its Chief Executive Officer, a position he has held since he founded Greenfield in 1999. In addition to Greenfield, Mr. Berg further owns a collection of other environmentally responsible businesses from within the financial services, software and transportation sectors (for more information on the Meridian Group of Companies, visit www.meridiangroup.net). Mr. Berg is a graduate of the University of Oregon.

Keith Hammer is a Greenfield Shareholder and serves as its Chief Operating Officer, a position he has held since 2000. Under his guidance, Greenfield has grown to become one of the largest "Built Green" homebuilders in the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Hammer holds a Construction Engineering Management degree from Oregon State University and a Master's of Business Administration degree from Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
