Green Living Features
Effective Insulation
The insulation in this home is Green in two ways. First, low emissions of formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds “VOC’s” contribute to better indoor air quality and a healthier habitat. Second, properly insulated floors (R-30), walls (R-21) and ceiling (R-38) provide the cost advantages of not requiring expensive air conditioning to remain comfortable in summer months and reducing heating costs in the winter at the same time.
