Street Width

Our design incorporates narrower streets aimed at less impervious surface. A by-product and large advantage of regulating the street width is mitigating fast moving traffic. The main portion of Craftsman Court has two lanes, twelve feet each; with eight feet of parking lane along the western side. The sidewalk has been set back away from the curb on both sides with a bio swale or grass planter. On the western side of the property is the one-way alley portion of Craftsman Court, incorporating one fifteen foot lane. A five foot sidewalk is also drivable for emergency traffic.
